SHOW TIMES: Youth Showmanship will begin at 7:00am. Sign ups for Youth Classes will begin at 6:45am the day of the show. The Senior show will begin at 8:00am in all 3 rings. Jr. show will start after completion of Sr. Does. The show order and ring numbers are subject to change to make the show run faster. The Junior and Senior shows are separately sanctioned.
REGISTRATION: Papers can be checked in Friday evening before 9:00pm or Saturday Morning before 7:45am. Late check-in will be at the discretion of show committee, only unforeseen circumstances will be considered. Original registration papers are required on ALL animals over 6 months of age. Stamped duplicates will be accepted for Jr Does 6 months and under, Base Date of June 18.
A.D.G.A. rules shall govern. Only animals registered with ADGA, AGS or CGS may be shown.
ENTRY FEES: $7.00 per animal, per ring if received by June 11th. Late entry fee of $10.00 per animal, per ring shown will be charged for all entries received after June 11th. EMAIL entries will be accepted with payment via PayPal, PayPal address is newdga@hotmail.com.
Jr Doe Special: Enter 5 Jr does (any breed or combination of breeds) and you can enter a 6th Jr doe for FREE.
Dairy Herd class entry is also FREE.
PEN SPACE: Pens are limited and will be assigned as entries are received. Pens are approximately 5 x 5 and will accommodate 2 adult standard breed goats each (dividers can be removed to make pens bigger. Pens are $6.00 each (bedding not included).
Straw will be available for pens at $4 per bale (each bale will bed 2 to 3 pens)
Exhibitors can pen in their trailer or build their own pens at their trailer for no fee, but must clean up their area before departure.

An NSF charge of an additional $25.00 will be charged for insufficient funds & showing privileges suspended until fees are paid.
HEALTH CHECK: All animals will be inspected prior to check-in and owners will sign off on health at check in. Health certificates are not required. Obviously ill or contagious animals will be refused. NO abscesses in any stage allowed. Any disputes will be settled by a Vet at the owners’ expense.
LIABILITY: ADGA, NEWDGA or the Lincoln County Fairgrounds shall not be held liable or responsible for loss, injury, or illness to persons, animals or property in connection with this show. This show is part of the Washington State Goat Breeders Association's annual events.
PARKING/CAMPING: Parking in designated areas only. *Camping rates as follows: Dry = $10.00 per night, Electric Only (RV Park) = $25 per night, Electric & Water (RV Park) = $30 per night* Exhibitors with animals in trailers are asked to clean up their bedding / hay left on ground when departing.
CONDUCT: Any exhibitor behaving in an ill-mannered way toward their animals, other exhibitors, the Judges or show committee, will be asked to leave by the show committee.
RAFFLE: We will have some nice items for our raffle. Tickets are (1) for $.50, (20) for $5.00 or (100) for $20.00 for the miscellaneous items. Larger items will be $1 per ticket.
